So what is the driving force behind Love Katy you may be thinking.
Well, it is all about feeling into your hearts desires.
Women and men.
What fills you up and lifts your spirits.
Recognising what makes you feel good and what unsettles you, what are the thoughts that bring you down.
It is about gifting yourself some precious time to nurture yourself so that you can become better equipped to nurture all the other things in your life that you constantly juggle.
The busy life that you lead can often have you disconnected from what helps you genuinely feel better in yourself. As a result you can feel drained and consumed by stress, often not knowing how to get out of the cycle to help yourself get back to your vitality and happiness.
There are and always will be copious things daily that we all need to do as women and men. We all have in us the capacity to nurture and look after each other in many ways, that is how I see Love Katy. It is the guidance and care we can give to each other, shown by what we do for others, and also the allowing of letting others also do for us.
Life FEELS better when we care for and look after each other, but the basis of this has to start with learning how to truly look after yourself, so that you can give and share from a place of personal fullness not from a place of lack. This is the heart of Love Katy ❤️

Sessions last around an hour and a half and cost £10 ❤️
We settle in to relax to specially chosen music, enjoy discovering the fragrances of aroma therapy, tap in to mindfulness, do a short tension relieving movement practice, and have a short massage before we relax to the music again, then go on our merry way ❤️
